Order Information:

 We make every effort to have your item ready and shipped to you as soon as possible.   Please allow 7-10 business days to process your order.  You will receive an email from us when your order ships.  Please be sure to add our email address, Suchastitch@gmail.com, to your address book so that you will be sure to receive important emails concerning your order and to ensure that they will not be delivered to your Spam folder.  We will not be held responsible if your order does not ship in a timely manner if you are not responding to our emails concerning your order(s).

Payment Information:

We are happy to accept payments via Pay Pal.  Pay Pal is an easy to use and FREE service to you.  You do not have to have a Pay Pal account to use this service.  You can use your credit card safely while using Pay Pal at checkout.  Pay Pal is the most secure form of payment as your personal information remains confidential.

Shipping Information:

All items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  Delivery time for Priority Mail is approximately 2-4 days.

Sales Tax:

South Carolina residents will be charged 6% sales tax which will be added to order at checkout.

Return/Cancellation Policy:

All of our items are specially made up just for you.  Once your order is placed we begin work on your items and we cannot honor cancellations.  Due to the personalized nature of our products we are unable, in most cases, to accept returns.  If a mistake is made, on our part, in spelling we will arrange for replacement of your item.

Privacy:

Such a Stitch will not disclose to any third party or use other than for the purposes of this agreement any information obtained during or in connection with the fulfillment of this agreement, which is of a confidential nature relating to the business, products, services or business strategies offered or employed by the customer.
